This is the big moving day shot. I am very impressed by the driver who is running the show, but as a former professional mover, I thought his helper was pretty bad. He was slow and kind of lazy, and the driver ended up carrying more boxes and small stuff than he should have. In that situation, the helper should carry everything he can alone, while the driver does inventory and loads the truck. The driver should only have to help with two-man furniture.
My dad is driving out early tomorrow morning, arriving at his rental house Sunday night. His driveway is getting put in at the new place sometime next week, and it should be ready to move in by November or so. Exciting stuff.
