I went for a walk in a new place in Newton today and found this. These jersey barriers are blocking off an old access road. If you noticed that the one in the middle looks funny, it's because someone (kids I assume) has modified it into a skateboard ramp using sakrete. Pretty enterprising, for a bunch of little hooligans.
